Anna's excellent studio facilities and small group classes are just what my somewhat older and injured body needs. She provides individual attention, a broad range of supportive equipment and the time to work on flexibility and strength.
Anna has been a huge change due to developing a plan to eliminate lower back pain. Anna immediately analysed the situation and set me on a course of action over the last few months that has totally improved my flexibility, posture, core strength and greatly improved my chances of becoming back pain free!
The exercises and stretches while addressing my specific needs were then broadened to overall improved wellness.

From previous experience, I already knew Pilates exercises promote a healthy spine and joints that are mobile, strong, and flexible. The absolute bonus to have met Anna, is her remarkable knowledge of the body and its workings. Last week my plantar fasciitis flared up , terrible timing. Anna helped me get on top of the problem, four days later and I am 90% recovered, sound advice and adjustments to the exercises made such a difference to my mindset, thanks Anna!

Tuross Pilates has changed my life! I struggled with lower back pain due to lack of core strength. Anna really gave me the confidence to try new things and tailored a programme that worked for me and my problem areas. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing but professional. I had been doing yoga for some time to help with constant back pain. A friend recommended I try Pilates. I started with Anna nearly a year ago and it has been difficult to get to having regular sessions due to Covid restrictions and personal commitments.
In the 15 sessions I have had with Anna over the past ten months Anna has helped me with my back pain and the constant leg pain I would suffer while doing research on the computer. Anna is very observant in making sure that the exercises that she gives me I maintain correct body alignment and am not bracing, reducing the impact of the exercise. Anna has concentrated on alleviating the constant pain I had been suffering
and building strength in core areas of weakness to help with the pain I was constantly living with.
Anna has been very knowledgeable in what exercises are required to help with my over worked body and has helped me live a less painful life.
Anna's prenatal training has been invaluable during my pregnancy as her understanding of how to modify stretches to suit each trimester has allowed me to feel physically healthy and fit even as my pregnancy progressed.
I felt confident knowing the correct form for certain movements and what not to do as I grew.
Especially helpful has been learning how to build pelvic floor strength, something I have been able to do for myself everyday.
I came to Anna at 9 months postpartum. I had started exercising back at the gym, but didn't feel strong or supported enough to continue to exercise effectively.
Anna ensures my technique is spot on and is gentle in her approach. She truly cares about my goals and the progress we are making.

I am 59 years old and have tried Pilates before and didn't find it to be my thing. Working out in a large group with an instructor up front and you just hoping you are doing things correctly. Also getting up and down off the floor proving to be difficult.

For me having hip bursitis I get attention and guidance a large class can't offer as classes are limited to 4 people at a time and workouts are tailored to suit your individual needs. I contacted Anna early in my pregnancy after researching the benefits of pre-natal Pilates. I was 34 when I fell pregnant and it was important for me to keep fit, protect my pelvic floor and exercise safely during my pregnancy. Anna is extremely knowledgable and personalised each session to my needs and day to day symptoms (even nausea). As a result I recovered very quickly after the birth of my daughter. I then returned to train with Anna post natal also. Anna is highly experienced, professional and has a warm friendly personality. The studio is clean and modern.

I started antenatal Pilates with Anna when I was 28 weeks pregnant to strengthen my core and pelvic floor. Anna took the time to understand my goals, and provided appropriate and clear instruction for my level of fitness. The exercises she provided helped me during pregnancy to feel strong physically and mentally, and were particularly beneficial in managing incontinence. I also felt equipped to continue the exercises to aid in my recovery postpartum.

For the past six months I have been going to Tuross Pilates. I am now off the walking stick and have little to no pain. Good posture is the key to less pain Anna has taught me good posture in the way one walks, sits and the use of the body in the correct manner. No more walking stick. No more pain and lots of gain.

I wish to thank Anna from Tuross Pilates who has been helping my husband regain his strength and agility after a devastating medical episode two years ago where he couldn't walk or do anything unassisted. He has been going to Anna for the last six months and can now walk a kilometre every few days and can also do small things around the house which had definitely been out of the question before. My husband was a builder and not being able to work caused him a lot of anxiety which Anna also addressed teaching him breathing exercises.
