I came to Anna 9 months postpartum. I had started exercising back at the gym, but didn't feel strong or supported enough to continue to exercise effectively. Anna ensures my technique is spot on and is gentle in her approach. She truly cares about my goals and the progress we are making. Every class is different, which I love! Anna has a wide range of equipment in her studio which keeps things fun and challenging. I've already noticed a big difference in my body since going to Tuross Pilates.
